 | New members must be seconded by a Committee Member. |
| New Member handicaps must be verified by a Committee
Member. The Committee have the right to adjust new Members handicaps
at any time. |
| Each Team Captain is responsible for collecting annual dues
from his team members. The Team Captain will also be responsible for
collecting the team participation fee to be paid to the host team chairman. |
| All fees to be payable in the currency of the host country. |
| Membership fees are payable on an annual basis. |
| The event is restricted to 12 teams. The Committee
under certain circumstances can allow 13 teams to compete. |
| Handicaps are restricted to a maximum of 55 points. |
